Information Company Holiday Notice

Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products!

We wish to inform our customers that we will be taking a short break for staff training, and will not be available to respond to requests and queries during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

- Company Holiday Dates -
3rd March 2014 (Mon) - 5th March 2014 (Wed)

- Customer Support -
The general customer support section will also be closed during this time (telephone and the support@goodsmile.jp email address).
The GSC Online Shop customer service will however still be available. (shop.overseas@goodsmile.jp)

Any inquiries received during this time will be dealt with in order of receipt from Thursday, the 6th March 2014.
