Silver Week is a period of multiple public holidays that takes place in Japan in September. This post summarizes which days customer service will be unavailable during this period. (*All dates are in Japanese Standard Time)

Business Holidays During Silver Week

Any inquiries received during these times will be dealt with in order of receipt when customer service becomes available again. The standard support schedule will resume on Thursday, the 24th September 2015.
