We would like to inform our customers that Good Smile Company customer support will be unavailable during the following period.
Year End Holiday Dates:
28th December 2015 (Mon) - 4th January 2016 (Mon)
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but customer support via both phone and mail will not be available after the morning of the 25th December. The GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP email support: firstname.lastname@example.org will also be closing on the 25th, however will respond to most inquiries that are received during operating hours on the 25th December.
Any inquiries for both Good Smile Company and the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP that are received during the holiday period above will be answered in order of receipt from Tuesday, the 5th January 2016. We appreciate your understanding.
