The GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP will soon be undergoing system maintenance in preparation for a system upgrade. All services offered at the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP will be unavailable during the dates and times listed below. We’d like to offer our most sincere apologies to our customers for this inconvenience, and hope for your patience and understanding.

■ GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP Closed for System Maintenance 
 December 20, 2015 (Sun) 6:00PM - December 21, 2015 (Mon) 1:00PM (JST)

Please note that all services offered at the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP will be unavailable during this time. Please also note that the above times are estimates, and maintenance may last longer than anticipated.

■ Customer Support

The GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP customer support contact form will be unavailable during the system maintenance window. We ask that all customers wishing to reach the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP customer support team to please contact us via email.

Please note the following changes that will follow the system update.

■ New URL

http://goodsmileshop.com/en/

The GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP URL will change following our update.
 * The above website will be accessible from December 21, 2015 (Mon).
 * If you can not access the site after this date, please clear your browser cache and try again.

■ New 'My Account' Page 

Following the update, all purchases made at the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP will be split as follows:
Old 'My Account': Purchases made at our former online shop. (prior to December 20 2015).
New 'My Account': Purchases made at our new online shop. (from December 21 2015 ).

■ Password Reset

Following the update and the creation of your new 'My Account' page, your login password will need to be reset. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience, but please follow the password reset instructions on the login page before logging in.

* You’ll be able to use the same password as before to login to your old My Account.

■ My Wishlist

The updated site will no longer support a wishlist. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please save your wishlist now should you wish to keep it.

■ Browser Cache

Please note that your email address, password, and other information stored in your browser’s cache will not be valid at our new site. You will need to re-enter your information.
