Information Notice Regarding Extension of Remote Work and Customer Support Delays Due to the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Outbreak


As announced in our notice published on the 17th of April, Good Smile Company staff based at our Tokyo headquarters were originally scheduled to work remotely until the 6th of May due to the recent increase in cases of the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in Japan.

In consideration of the Japanese government's plan to extend the current state of emergency, we have made the decision to further extend the remote work period in accordance with the extension. We will inform you of the end date of the remote work period following the Japanese government's declaration of the new end date of the state of emergency.

Due to this, there may be some delays in dealing with certain inquiries to our customer support team.
