Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products.
The defect involving four of the face plates included with Good Smile Company's Nendoroid DIO as previously announced on the 1st of October has been corrected and a shipment date for the replacement parts has been chosen.

Defect Details
Standard Face Plate, Interchangeable Face Plates (x2) and GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP/Medicos Entertainment Online Store Exclusive Face Plate are missing mole marks on the left ear.

Support Procedure
If you have found this defect in your product, please contact our customer support department and included your name, address, the number of units purchased and where you purchased your figure(s) in your inquiry.
Corrected parts will be shipped to customers that have contacted us starting from the 15th of November.
Replacement parts will automatically be sent to customers who purchased the figure at either the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP or the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP. Customers who purchased from either of the two shops do not need to contact our customer support department.
