Information Notice Regarding Remote Work and Customer Support Delays Due to the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Outbreak


Based on Japanese government recommendations following the recent increase in cases of the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in Japan, Good Smile Company staff based at our Tokyo headquarters will be working remotely from the 3rd of April to the 17th of April.

Due to this, there may be some delays in dealing with certain inquiries to our customer support team.
