This notice is to inform you that certain customer support services will be suspended during the Golden Week holiday in Japan.

Product Defect Email Correspondence Over the Golden Week Holiday
We will be available to respond to email inquiries over the Golden Week holiday on days other than Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
*Normal business days during the period are May 2 and May 6 only.
In the case that we receive a large amount of inquiries, we may not be able to reply to your inquiry until after the Golden Week holiday.
As per our usual policy, we will respond to your inquiry within 4 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays).
