Information Notice Regarding Production/Release Date Delays for Phat! Company Products

Thank you for your continued support of Phat! Company products.
We sincerely apologize for continued factory and release date delays.

We have continued to work to improve our production lines since the announcement of chronic production delays in April of last year.
At the moment, the situation has not been completely resolved, but we would still like to report the current situation.

1. Causes of production/release date delays

Production/release date delays due to the spread of COVID-19 have began to come to an end, however delays due to a continued lack of personnel at Phat! Company production facilities have increased.

2. Initiatives aimed at improvement

Implementation of initiatives aimed at securing personnel for our production facilities
Increase in the number of facilities and secure a manufacturing system that allows us to distribute production lines to our facilities.

3. Future prospects

For products scheduled to release from this month onward, there will be further production delays, however the situation is improving, and we anticipate issues to be resolved by February 2024.

We will continue to improve the situation in order to release currently available for preorder products on time. Release dates will be announced in the news section on the Good Smile Company website as they are confirmed.
In the case of unexpected delays, notices will be posted to the Good Smile Company website as well as on Phat! Company social media.
