Information Notice and Apology Regarding Saber/Katsushika Hokusai

This notice is to inform you that a product defect has been discovered in Good Smile Company's Saber/Katsushika Hokusai, originally shipped out from February 2023. The defect affects Part E (the belt portion) of certain units.

Defect Details
Air bubbles appear on the part.

Defect Cause
When a decal is used to apply a design, a very small amount of moisture remains in the decal. The defect occurs due to the thermal expansion and cooling contracture of this moisture.
*The defect is caused by moisture only and is not the result of any materials that are harmful to the human body.



■Support Procedure for Customers with Defective Units
The request period for replacement parts has ended (29th February 2024).
